A 10 metre long pool is ready for active moments of refreshment (an outdoor shower and an outdoor bath are both available!), the built-in barbecue only needs to be fired up and put into operation to provide you with the most delicious food Shortly afterwards, Mediterranean delicacies. But the decisive element for the perfect atmosphere in this place is the lovingly designed ambience, which not only offers plenty of greenery in the form of flowering plants, shrubs and trees, but also radiates an exceptionally harmonious overall atmosphere thanks to its many design details. This is sure to make you feel at home. The romantic pond with its wooden bridge is a small, but beautiful highlight. In addition, almost the entire outdoor area offers a fantastic view of the Serra de Tramuntana. Of course, the balconies offer exclusive panoramas.

The interior of the villa surprises with its particularly cosy and personal design. Light-coloured walls paired with beautiful floor tiles and ceiling beams, plus furnishings with their own style and very comfortable furniture make it easy to arrive and feel at home here. The light-flooded living spaces are all located on the first floor of the house, which was built using quarrystone construction. In the open-plan living/dining room with an ochre-coloured frame and access to the balcony, you can make yourself comfortable on the large, cosy sofa, which is located right next to the dining table in the interior. Media entertainment in the form of a flat-screen TV is also available, as well as a CD and DVD player and an internet connection. The bright and friendly kitchen, which even offers space for a cosy seating area with table, impresses with its pleasantly timeless quality and great equipment for self-catering. Four separate bedrooms offer the right flair for every taste and ceiling fans provide a cool breeze when needed. Three bathrooms with showers offer natural light and plenty of colour. A dream for anyone travelling with children: In their cute playroom, the little ones have a realm of their own where they can colour, play, browse through books or simply take a little break. A reduced price is offered for occupancy by up to four people. Consequently, the unused rooms remain closed. Full use of the house is only possible at full occupancy prices. The finca is not available for youth groups.

From Tururut, you can quickly reach the MA-13 motorway, which is only 400 metres away and takes you to attractive excursion destinations. Less than 10 minutes' drive inland is the well-known holiday resort of Port d'Alcúdia, which is ideal for getting a taste of Mallorcan culture. Once a sleepy little town, Alcúdia has developed over the years and now attracts visitors with its sights and cultural treasures. A market is held in the town every Tuesday and Sunday. The XXL boulevard of Pollença (approx. 9 km) is considered one of the most beautiful on Mallorca. Large parts of the bay of Alcúdia are still completely undeveloped and are ideal for a long day on the beach. The highly regarded 18-hole Alcanada Golf Club is located to the east of the villa, about 15 minutes away by car.

This oasis of well-being with a lovingly personal touch is situated in a unique hillside location on a plot of approx. 4,000 m² with fantastic views over the expanse of the green mountains in the north-east of Mallorca as far as the approx. 4 km long sea. Here you will find pure tranquillity in absolute seclusion. The nearest beaches on the bay of Alcúdia are only 5 to 6 km away.
