The vacation home is a fantastic villa with indoor pool, near Durbuy (7 km), the smallest town in the world. The villa is located on a secluded site of 2500 m², in the village of Somme-Leuze. The area is not only suitable to enjoy its view from your terrace relaxed, but this is also an ideal area for mountain bikers, hikers and lovers of other outdoor sports. There is a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family. Durbuy with its small streets and nice restaurants, La Roche with its imposing castle ruins, Dinant with its fortress from where you can overlook the Meuse valley, farm golf in the hamlet of Moressée, the Chevetogne site with 12 playgrounds, the menhirs and dolmens in Weris, the grottoes of Han - all this is within half an hour's drive. However, your house is so luxurious and comfortable that you may not even feel like leaving it. Surely you will have a lot of fun with the whole family in the swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m). In the game room under the roof there is a kicker, an air field hockey and other games. The living room is cozy and wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen is hypermodern. The cooking island with bar stools also makes it a wonderful place to enjoy an aperitif in a convivial setting. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition, there is a large children's room with two bunk beds (so a total of four sleeping places) and another bed in the bed box. In just a few steps you can reach the house from the parking lot, which can accommodate 3 - 4 cars. The villa is a nice place for a weekend with family or friends. Student parties, bachelor parties and youth groups are generally not allowed here. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the owner's consent and with a possible increase in the deposit.
