Beautiful Villa Viliška, located in Sv. Filip i Jakov, a place located between the city of Zadar and the royal city of Biograd, offers you an unforgettable holiday where you will be surrounded by untouched nature, peace and complete privacy enjoying every moment, just a few minutes’ drive from the city of Biograd.

Rustic villa Viliška with its luxurious 30,000 m2 of space offers accommodation for 7 people, and has three bedrooms, one of which is with two single beds, while the remaining two rooms are equipped with double beds. In case you need an extra bed, there is also a sofa bed, enough for one more person. Villa Viliška has 3 ensuite bathrooms, one of them contains a bathtub, the others a shower cabin, and two separate toilets. Additional amenities at the villa include a washing machine, iron and hair dryer in each bathroom.

The fully air-conditioned Villa Viliška has a living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. The living room is followed by a kitchen with dining area and a table for 6 guests. This room opens onto a spacious terrace that includes a nice outdoor bar with two bar seats facing the pool, a table with four seats, a swimming pool and a tavern with an outdoor table for eight people and a barbecue. Next to the tavern there is a table tennis table and a swing for children so that your little ones can enjoy. Also, additional entertainment that Villa Viliška offers you are table football, children's playroom, football field, and trampoline. For those a little older, there is also a bowling alley where you can play a traditional Dalmatian game with good company.

The heated hydromassage pool is 60 m2 with 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The villa is rented throughout the year, so it offers you the opportunity to relax whenever it suits you, and about any season!
