Beautiful luxury Villa Costa is located in a small tourist settlement Zaton on the north coast of Dalmatia. Zaton is located between two historic cities - Nin (2km) and Zadar (15km). It abounds in sandy beaches with clear sea, Mediterranean atmosphere, Dalmatian architecture, and has an attractive tourist offer.

Modern Villa Costa has four modern air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (180 x 210) and four luxury bathrooms. Two bathrooms are ensuite with shower, the remaining two are ordinary with shower, and one of them has a beautiful relaxing sauna. On the first floor of Villa Costa there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic and Dalmatian islands. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen, a dining room, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the comfortable living room are two leather sofas and a big sofa from which you can enjoy TV or playing PlayStation. The modern equipped kitchen contains all the necessary appliances, and you can serve your meals in the indoor dining room with 8 seats or the outdoor dining room with 6 seats. You can also prepare your meals on the outdoor charcoal grill.

From the kitchen and living room you can come directly to the beautiful fairy-tale open yard which is only a few steps away from the sea. You can enjoy the sea view from the heated pool or jacuzzi in the courtyard. The heated pool (4m x 8m x 1.4m), has a beautiful cobra waterfall that contributes to the luxurious look. You can also enjoy the four comfortable sun loungers around the pool.

Villa Costa has a total of four parking spaces, two are located outside the yard, and the remaining two places are inside the yard.

Thanks to its location in the first row to the sea, Villa Costa provides a wonderful dream-like holiday on the Adriatic!

"Pliša" is a sandy beach that is only 15 m away from the villa which is suitable for small children, and is connected to the beach "Ploče" which is suitable for all ages. The beaches offer a rich gastronomic offer with numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as numerous activities for family gatherings. Do not forget to visit the beautiful city of Nin, which has beautiful pebble beaches and a beach with healing mud, and nearby is the city of Zadar, which is known as one of the favourite tourist centres.
