A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a lovely dining area which can comfortably accommodate all the guests and an airy living room complete the interior offer of the villa. The villa is located on a fully fenced, 314m2 large plot. The perfectly minimalist courtyard of the villa features a beautiful, heated swimming pool (21m2) surrounded by deck chairs, a garden and outdoor barbecue where you can prepare fresh and tasty meals for your family and friends.
