The beautiful Lumi Villa is located not far from the city of Zadar and is an excellent choice for a pleasant family holiday on the Adriatic coast. A stylish design and luxurious interior are the main features of this home.

This newly built house consists of ground floor and first floor - on the spacious, open plan ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a dining room with 10 chairs. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, an entertainment room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Regarding entertainment, the villa offers billiards, table football, darts and PlayStation 4. Kids will have fun playing on the slides, swings and in sandboxes. All the rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet. On a 6000 m2 plot there is a heated pool of 40 m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can relax and lounge. The outdoor grill charcoal will certainly be used to prepare delicious dishes and lovely dinners with family and friends. There are also 3 parking spaces available.

Murvica is a small village not far from Zadar and an excellent starting point for enjoying beautiful Dalmatia - you can enjoy the charms of national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice lakes and Kornati. The first beach is only 8 kilometres from the house, and in Zadar and its surroundings we believe that you will find your favourite coves and places to relax. Beautiful Nin town is waiting for you with sandy beaches, healing mud and a windsurfing centre. Zadar is a city rich in cultural attractions as well as numerous quality restaurants. Villa Lumi, surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean greenery is a great choice because it offers peace and privacy, while at the same time offers the availability of numerous beaches and sights that will complement your holiday.
