Description

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Istria at Apartment Lukas, conveniently located just 4 km from the centre of Porec, its beaches and charming old town. Guests have a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs at their disposal, where you can enjoy outdoor life to the full. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare your favourite outdoor holiday dishes. The flat consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa (a sofa bed for two people) and access to the terrace. From the living room you can access a bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to the terrace, and a separate kitchen. The flat is located in a detached house in the residential area of Vrvari. Porec is very close by. There you can visit the famous Euphrasian Basilica or take a leisurely stroll along the harbour promenade or through the old town. A lively atmosphere awaits you in the narrow stone streets with cosy restaurants and small souvenir shops. Please note that this property accepts youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property caused by you will be deducted from the deposit.
