In the village the marina has a nice atmosphere. There are also specialty stores, grocery stores and a fish store, they are open all year round. However, you can do your own fishing. You can also be active in other ways, there are good bike paths, Legoland and Givskud Zoo are within reach for a day trip (1 hour in the car) and in just under 40 minutes you can reach the cities of Horsens and Vejle.
