Nestled in Veyrier du Lac, this lakeside cottage offers an exceptional lakeside retreat on Lake Annecy with a private pontoon. The first floor of the property features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a peaceful veranda leading onto a terrace with lake views. On this level you will also find a bedroom and a shower room. The ascent to the second floor reveals bedrooms with magnificent views of the lake. There are further bedrooms on the top floor. However, one room, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Outside, the property has a large plot of land, a lakeside terrace, an unsecured private pontoon, parking for two cars and a barbecue area for delicious lakeside meals. Due to the lakeside location of the property, children must be supervised at all times. Please note that there is no handrail for the pontoon. A disclaimer must be signed before your arrival. The house is very close to the village center. All local stores are within 500 meters, restaurants and a boat rental are only 150 meters away.
