Villa Heureu is ideal for anyone who wants to combine a beach holiday with a varied nightlife, strolls through shopping streets, visits to restaurants and private barbecues on the individual terrace. This property is therefore suitable for families with young children as well as families with teenagers. In the front garden there is a beautiful single pool, a sun terrace and a covered terrace with elegant wooden furniture. Behind the house you will find a garage and a built-in barbecue. The 1.10 to 1.80 m deep pool is tiled with blue mosaic pebbles and has a decorative element at the bottom. You can relax on the loungers provided and enjoy the best time of the year. There is a practical outdoor shower on the side wall of the house, which can also be used for a quick and easy refreshment if required. The covered terrace is sure to become a favourite spot on holiday. Here, the transparent shutters can be lowered in windy or cool temperatures to provide optimum protection when sitting outside. The built-in barbecue invites you to enjoy hearty barbecue evenings where you can sample exquisite regional specialities.

The villa has four bedrooms and is suitable for six adults and two children. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room, the kitchen, the guest WC and a shower room (accessible from the outside) as well as a washing machine. There are three bedrooms and two further bathrooms on the upper floor. The two bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms on the upper floor have a balcony. The living/dining room is completely decorated in Mediterranean blue. The comfortable corner sofa is a great place to relax, perhaps with a good holiday read. As there is also a TV, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing film evening. You can use the fireplace to create a warm, cosy atmosphere in the cooler months of the year. Alternatively or additionally, you can also use the air conditioning for warmth. If you prefer to eat inside, you can eat at the dining table between the living room and kitchen. The staircase at the entrance to the house has a very beautiful design: the vertical part of the steps is covered with ornate tiles. The bedrooms on the upper floor are individually designed and welcome guests with a friendly atmosphere. In total, there are two double beds, two combined single beds and a bunk bed in the children's room (a bed rail can be attached at the top) as well as a cot. The room can be darkened with folding shutters. The family-friendly Villa Heureu is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Millor. A sandy beach is only 500 metres away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars etc. are also within walking distance.
