Description

Less than 10 km from the first beaches of the famous Alassio with its seafront promenade, the famous Budello and its beaches, lies this pretty and well-kept part of a two-family house on two levels. This is certainly the ideal choice for a holiday where you can combine the different facets of the enchanting region of Liguria: Enjoy the hinterland with countless trekking routes and the typical atmosphere of the alleyways of small villages that still retain their charm, such as Zuccarello and Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena (they have been included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy). Lovers of outdoor activities can reach Pietra Ligure, which has become the European capital of sporting activities over the years. Here you can climb rock faces, go trekking and mountain biking or dive into the crystal clear waters or go snorkelling, kayaking and canoeing to discover caves in magnificent cliffs. Just a two-hour drive away is the beautiful Langhe region of Piedmont, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its beauty, where you can dedicate pleasant days to food and wine tourism. Don't miss a visit to Carrù, famous for the historic bue grasso fair in December, or to Alba and nearby Bra, home to the first World University of Food and Wine and a wine bank in the village of Pollenzo.
