Description

Just 13km from the sea, in Santo Stefano di Magra, this holiday apartment is located in a two-family house from the late 19th century. The house is located on the border to the famous Cinque Terre and the fashionable Versilia. The apartment is on the ground floor of a farm surrounded by olive trees (the owner produces wine and oil on the other side of the house, where the fields and a warehouse are located) and has its own entrance. The exclusive outdoor area is partially fenced and equipped for outdoor dining, with a shared play area. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby beaches, such as: Bocca di Magra (16 km), Ameglia (18 km) and Marinella di Sarzana (12 km). From the village you can take the train to the Cinque Terre. Portovenere (26 km), the pearl of Liguria, is unmissable. The Regional Park of Montemarcello (20 km) is an absolute must for trekking lovers and offers incredible views, as is the Park of the Apuan Alps with Colonnata (34 km), famous for the Lardo di Colonnata bacon. For city lovers, the old harbour town of La Spezia is just 12 km away. Lucca, with its imposing intact city walls, is 69 km away. You can buy good Ligurian olive oil locally. The last 200 metres of the access road are unpaved. Please note: From the house you can hear the sound of a motorway 150 m away as the crow flies, hidden by vegetation.
