The parking is on the roof of the house which is at street level, ideal solution for lakefront homes. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. From Germignaga there is an 8 km long pedestrian and cycling path that runs mostly along the river bank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).
