If you are in the mood for cultural experiences, the wonderful city of Verona is located 70 km away and is certainly worth a visit. Here you can visit sights from ancient to modern times. Experience an opera evening in the 2000 year old amphitheater, which is even older than the Colosseum in Rome. But also medieval architecture and museums are not missed here. Also worth a visit is the city of Mantua, 75 km away, which was founded by the Etruscans and whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you can visit the Romanesque cathedral, the Renaissance church of Sant'Andrea or the palace Palazzo Ducale.
