This detached holiday home for up to 6 adults and 1 baby is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village, in a rural setting and within sight of the Bodden, on a separate recreational plot of approx. 2,000 m². Swimming and fishing opportunities can be found on the Bodden approx. 1 km away, shopping facilities and restaurants in Gingst, approx. 4 km away. The approx. 100 m², centrally heated, non-smoking holiday home has a living room on the ground floor (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD player), a spacious kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with double bed, 1 x cot), a hallway, a large, furnished hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC). On the upper floor there is a third bedroom (2 single beds, 1 children's bed), which is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 5 PERSONS. There is also a furnished terrace (smoking permitted), ample parking, a barbecue and 2 high chairs. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Lüßvitz is a small district of Ummanz and is located in the rural surroundings of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the west coast of Rügen. The Kubitzer Bodden with bathing facilities is approx. 1 km away. Boat and bicycle hire, riding centre and surfing area within a radius of approx. 5 km. The region has retained its natural charm and impresses with its tranquillity, solitude and unspoilt coastline. It is also a popular destination for observing the numerous migratory birds, especially in spring and autumn.
