Exclusive, very spacious vacation home with modern and very high quality furnishings on a spacious plot, wonderfully located near Kolberg and the Pomeranian Baltic coast. The tastefully furnished, light-flooded rooms are tiled and from the terrace there is a wonderful view of the garden pond with fish stocking and toads, protected by a small protective fence against herons, which come to 'visit' from time to time. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, all others have access to the balconies. Beautiful garden pavilion with built-in table grill. Comfortable sun loungers provide ample places to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and meets all technical requirements. For the little guests there are cribs and chairs available. The crackling fireplace invites in the evening to a cozy get-together. A caretaker lives in the outbuilding, feeds the fish in the pond, takes care of the property and looks after it when you are away from home. Guests have access to 5 parking spaces on the property. A volleyball court is available for use upon request. The central location offers fantastic excursion possibilities to Kolobrzeg (Kolberg) or Koscierzyno (Berent). Day trips can be made to Szczecin, to Gdansk, which is well worth a visit, or to Kashubian Switzerland with its beautiful lakes. All in all, a dreamlike vacation resort for high demands.
