The house is very stylish and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The property has a large garden, terrace and barbecue as well as facilities for children.

The house is a good starting point if you want to explore the beauty of nature. In Nowe Warpno (12 km) there is a beach with a small promenade. Nowe Warpno is the perfect holiday destination for windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts, but also if you simply want to go for a relaxing walk. A trip to Szczecin is recommended.
