After driving along some small local roads, we arrive on a sunny day to visit Villa Can Teulada. Our first impression is: what a picturesque place this is! From the very first moment we feel the all-round cosy atmosphere that permeates everything here and feel eager to explore the property further. On the way, we stop to admire the lush Mediterranean greenery in the form of palm trees, bushes and flowers that adorn the grounds. In front of the house is a veranda with a huge wooden dining table. Everyone in your group can sit here and dine together in this airy, covered area. It will also be great to have a hearty breakfast out here and greet the new day with a view of the garden. On the other side of the veranda there is a rattan couch and another one made of bricks, so you can relax outside here. Make yourself a nice drink and just enjoy it out here in this cosy spot. The green shutters on the house, the rustic exposed ceiling beams and the natural stone floors add to the feeling of cosiness and comfort; in the evening, romantic pendant lights complete the effect. Just a few steps away from here is the pool, whose rounded shape makes it look almost like a large pond. This impression is further emphasised by the large stones placed around the edges. This imaginative design makes the pool an exceptional place to cool off on a hot summer's day. Steps leading into the water make it easy to get in and out. Then lie down on one of the eight comfortable sun loungers and soak up the warm Mediterranean sun for as long as you like. And if you prefer to lie in the shade, you can do so all day long in the natural shade of the trees or out here under the parasol. If you'd rather do something other than enjoy sweet idleness by the pool, then the table tennis table is just the thing for you.

When we enter the villa, we are immediately surprised by the enchanting effect of the different fabrics, colours and pieces of furniture in the room composition. Light-coloured walls, exposed ceiling beams, rounded archways and terracotta floor tiles give the space a cosy and warm atmosphere, while unique works of art enhance the overall welcoming feel of this place. On the ground floor there is a large living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace to add extra atmosphere on cooler evenings. Just around the corner is the traditional Mallorcan style kitchen with a beautiful antique wooden table in the centre of the room, perfect for a sumptuous indoor feast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday use, including an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. There is another table between the living room and kitchen, so there should always be enough space for everyone. There is also one bedroom and one bathroom on this floor; the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms are warm and inviting and have a high level of aesthetics. Nothing should disturb your peace and quiet in this environment, even if you hear the neighbours' dogs barking in the distance from time to time. The modern bathrooms provide ample space and comfort for everyone on the trip; there are also two hairdryers available so you don't have to carry them all the way from home. A particular highlight of this house is the converted basement with a brightly lit main room with a dining table and two beds. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge and cooker. This original living space is rounded off by two further bedrooms and a bathroom. This area is ideal for any teenagers travelling or for anyone else who values their privacy. Another advantage is that, thanks to the design, it stays cool here even when it's really hot outside.

Apart from all the things we have already mentioned, the fantastic location is of course one of the main features of Villa Teulada. On the one hand, you are surrounded by greenery, but on the other hand, you are only a few minutes away from the sea by car. The sandy beaches around Port de Pollença have a shallow entrance into the water, which makes them particularly attractive for families. And Pollença is an ideal destination if you ever want to leave the rural comfort of your villa for a while. The town of Pollença is about 7 kilometres from the coast and has some sights of its own, including a beautiful church. If you climb up the hill to the Calvary Chapel, you will be rewarded with a marvellous view from the top.

The incredibly charming Villa Can Teulada is located on a beautifully landscaped estate just 3 kilometres from Pollença. And the beautiful Port de Polleça is only 7 km away. This attractive little coastal town has an inviting seafront promenade with nice cafés, shops and restaurants. There are also several sandy beaches just a short drive away. Platja de Port de Pollença, for example, is only 5 km away.
