But when you walk around the property towards the pool oval with sun terrace or up to the roof terrace on the upper floor, the magical view of the small coastal town of Portocolom Mallorca's largest natural harbour almost takes your breath away. It is simply magnificent! The entire outdoor area with lawn, slope stabilisation made of natural stone walls and the beautifully laid out terraces is impressive. Seating areas under trees and sun loungers, which can also be shaded under the Toldo directly by the pool roundel, structure the fairytale garden. Hand-painted tiles with floral patterns and terracotta floors throughout the house add a harmonious touch. If you are travelling with four people or the family, you have booked the best comfort with two bathrooms (one of them on the ground floor). The two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The second bathroom is en suite and is accessible from both bedrooms. To top it all off, this unique finca can be booked all year round and is an incredibly beautiful retreat even in the mild off-season months. Finca Sa Caseta dOr is surrounded by nature in an elevated hillside location. Surrounded by pine trees, the spectacular location offers you a phenomenal view of the sea and Portocolom. Thanks to its proximity to the main road, which is only noticeable in windy conditions, the coastal town can be reached almost directly by car in 7 minutes. The surrounding villages, such as S'Horta or Felanitx, also invite you to visit and enjoy the great weekly markets. White, family-friendly sandy beaches such as Cala Marçal are only 6 km away.
