This gorgeous duplex apartment with community pool and views of the countryside and the sea is located in a very well maintained residential complex near the town of Sabinillas. The complex is located on a hill, but only a short drive from the beach and the town.
Sabinillas, located between Casares and Duquesa, has evolved from a fishing village to a business-oriented town, but still retains its village atmosphere, making it a popular vacation spot and attracting many visitors throughout the year. The town benefits from an underground passage along the coast and also has a beautiful 2 km long promenade to enjoy a walk in the sun and a fantastic seafood meal. The city offers many squares, urban gardens and numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and services. In Sabinillas there are weekly markets where you can buy many local products.
