Sankt Andreasberg is one of the highest winter sports resorts in the Upper Harz and offers everything a skier's and snowboarder's heart desires.

Directly on the slope are these houses with their own sauna. Enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful landscape of the Upper Harz. After a long day in nature, you can relax wonderfully in your sauna, loosen up tired muscles again and simply enjoy the cozy warmth! In the spacious entrance area of the house you will find a 'ski room' with storage facilities. Also a fireplace for cozy winter evenings may not be missing of course.

With the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and the Sonnenberg, two of the most snow-sure skiing areas of the Oberharz are in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Here you will find slopes of all levels of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system and professional preparation of the slopes, ideal skiing conditions are ensured. Of course, in the winter sports resort of Sankt Andreasberg there are also several specialized stores that offer rental of ski equipment, toboggans and skates.

Of course, Sankt Andreasberg also has a well-developed, 44km long network of cross-country skiing trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts with easy, medium and difficult tracks. Some of the circular trails lead directly along the vacation home village, so that you can literally start right in front of the front door - and at the end of the circuit happy but tired just a few steps away from the trail in your cozy house in the sauna or relax in front of the fireplace.

As a special attraction, Sankt Andreasberg can boast a snowtubing track that guarantees huge fun and thrills for children and adults as they hurtle down a groomed hill on large tires. There is also a tobogganing area here, which can also be used in the evening under floodlights. The romantic valleys and idyllic heights can also be explored on one of the many winter hikes with or without snowshoes that are offered in the village.

In the evening you can then make yourself really comfortable in the vacation home What could be better than sitting in front of the fire after a fulfilling day in the snow, enjoying the panoramic view of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Upper Harz and reviewing the day?

In summer, cozy hours can be spent on your own terrace, which invites you to long sunbaths, barbecue evenings or an extended breakfast with fragrant rolls.

Also in summer Saint Andresberg offers countless sports but also recreational opportunities: nearby there is a long summer toboggan run and the longest continuous mountain bike trail in Europe. White water trails are also close by. If you like it a little quieter, you can of course explore the beautiful Harz National Park on one of the many hiking trails. Be it the traditional cow drive in June, the wild Walpurgis Night on April 30th or the famous deer calling world championships in September - there is always something going on here.

The vacation park is car-free - to each object belongs a parking lot, which is located above the facility. The way from the parking lot to the cottage must be walked.
