In this city you can visit the museum of modern art and design, Vandalorum. Extensive hiking is possible in Store Mosse National Park. With the children you can go to High Chaparral and in winter to Isaberg/Hestra for skiing. Good lunches are served in Hestra at the Hestraviken inn.
