The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden, a laundry room and a spacious living-dining room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the garden. There are three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, two of which open onto the garden, and one with a small washbasin. There are also two bathrooms with shower on this floor, one of which has access to the garden.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a terrace. These rooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a TV, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that feature a private pool, tennis court and playground, all surrounded by a small forest.
