In a quiet residential area of Waren (Müritz), approx. 20 minutes' walk from the charming old town with its restaurants, cafés and shopping mile and the harbour with passenger boat trips, the holiday home for up to 3 adults and one child is located on the owners' approx. 650 m² residential property adjacent to their house. There are several supermarkets and a bakery in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 m). 60 square metre, tastefully furnished non-smoking house with separate entrance and electric heating has a large living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (dining counter, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a bedroom in the basement (accessible via stairs, 1 double bed, 1 single bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). There is also a car park, a bicycle storage room, cot, high chair and free Wi-Fi. Guests can use their own seating area in the beautiful, well-kept garden and the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
