During the renovation in 2021 the whole house was painted in attractive muted colors and equipped with modern furniture. The bedrooms are of a pleasant size - there is also a cozy children's room with beds suitable only for children.


The house is situated on a nice enclosed plot with good windbreak conditions. Relax on the beautiful terrace. There is also a nice winter garden, which is heated with electric radiators.
At the far end of the garden, a small path leads down to the newly created lakes in Nr. Lyngby.

Here there is abundant wildlife and a bench where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful nature. There is also a path that leads down to the beautiful sandy beach. The area is ideal for surfing and paragliding.

The cottage is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation near the sea.
