Urban Villa Opal is located in Zadar, a city with a rich history and one of the most popular Croatian tourist destinations that delights with many sights, beautiful locations and beaches, and many restaurants and bars. Only 180 m from the sea and 800 m from the nearest beach, the villa will delight even the most demanding guests with its location and offer.
This fully air-conditioned villa with an area of 350 m2 can accommodate 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and Smart TV, while the third has two single beds. One room has access to its own terrace equipped with seating for 2 people. On the terrace of the master bedroom there is an outdoor hot tub where guests can relax at any time of day. Each room has its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating providing guests with maximum comfort, and one en suite features a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa, in a separate room, there is also a separate toilet and a SPA area with a Finnish sauna, hot tub, walk-in shower, toilet, deck chairs and exercise equipment.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a kitchen that is equipped with absolutely everything that guests might need during their stay. An airy dining room with a dining table for 8 and a comfortable living room, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests (upon prior request), make Villa Opal ideal for 6 adult guests.
In the fenced, 514 m2 large yard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 32 m2, decorated with ceramic mosaics, and equipped with hydromassage jets and a waterfall, and has RGB lights (can change colours). Next to the pool there is a fire pit with a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the romance of warm summer evenings. On the outdoor terrace there is a barbecue on charcoal or wood, ideal for preparing fish or meat delicacies.
The entertainment offer of the villa includes 2 bicycles for adults with helmets and shopping baskets, 2 SUP boards, numerous board games and PS4 and Wii consoles. There are also darts, books, digital television, table tennis and badminton. The youngest will be thrilled by the fact that they can also use goals for water polo or basketball in the pool.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa also has two separate toilets.
Guests have at their disposal 3 private parking spaces inside the yard, and outside it there are 2. The villa also has a charger for electric car.
Concierge service and boat mooring are available at an additional cost and upon prior request.
