With a living space of 270 m2 villa features fully equipped kitchen and airy living room, carefully decorated to the finest details. With 5 modern bathrooms and 6 luxuriously decorated bedrooms, the house can accommodate optimally 12 and maximum 14 guests. There are 5 bedrooms equipped with boxspring beds that provide maximum comfort and one bedroom with two single beds and an extra bed for two people.

The immaculately landscaped garden of 600 m2 combines traditional Dalmatian elements, natural materials and superb design. You can refresh yourself in a 38 m2 pool or relax on sun loungers. If you choose to prepare a tasty meal for your family and friends, you have a barbecue and a covered terrace with an outside table in the cosy ambience of the villa. Outside amenities include outdoor billiards, table tennis, basketball basket and darts. Trampoline will cheer up the children.

Villa Karmen is also located close to the historic and beautiful Zadar, and for those who want an active holiday, we recommend Adventure Park in Kozino and Windsurfing on Queens beach in charming Nin.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
