Villa Golden Olive is located on the island of Ugljan, which is located in the Zadar archipelago. The island of Ugljan is specific because it is separated from the mainland by the Zadar channel, which takes you by ferry to the beautiful city of Zadar. A light mistral wind blows on the island during the hot summer, so your stay in Villa Golden Olive will surely be pleasant and you will always be able to refresh yourself in the sea or in a luxurious swimming pool.

Villa Golden Olive will delight you with its 290 m2 beautifully decorated interior and even more beautiful exterior. Modern style of construction and only 200 m from the beach will be the perfect choice for all those looking for relaxation and good rest. Also, the villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 and optimally 12 people. It contains 6 bedrooms, two of which have 2 single beds, while the other 4 rooms have double beds. If you need extra beds, you can always use two extra (90x200). The rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, and there is a separate toilet in the villa. In Villa Golden Olive you will find a feeder and a baby cot, which will be of great help if you come with the youngest members of the family.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV. A dining room with a dining table and a beautifully equipped kitchen will be the perfect place to prepare your favourite dishes. Also, on the ground floor there is a sauna for complete relaxation which includes two more deck chairs, a table and a shower. On the upper floor are another kitchen and dining room, and a balcony.

Villa Golden Olive offers refreshments during the day or night in the 32 m2 heated pool, where you can sunbathe on 6 sun loungers, and next to it is a jacuzzi. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal / wood grill, and an outdoor dining table.

Entertainment features Bluray, darts, table tennis, Netflix, badminton and digital television.

It is fully fenced and has 4 parking spaces, 3 of which are inside the yard and 1 outside.

There is a possibility to rent a boat mooring located 200 metres from the villa.
