The beautiful villa Meta is located in Dalmatia, in the town of Petrčane, where local and foreign guests who want to relax, rest and enjoy the charms of this wonderful place have been coming for years.

Villa Meta was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, is fully air-conditioned, offers its guests 250 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 553 m2. It is 90 metres from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity to refresh yourself. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, and the optimal number is 6.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern equipped kitchen with a bar and 3 bar stools, and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a living room that includes a two-seater, a three-seater, stools, two coffee tables and a TV. The villa also has a sofa (160x200) that serves as an extra bed for two people.

On the upper floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with attached en suite bathrooms with shower cabins, where you will enjoy a view of the clear sea. In the same way, on the top floor, you will be able to enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the sea on the outdoor terrace where there is seating (two-seater, three-seater and coffee table). The villa has one more bedroom and one ordinary bathroom.

On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, two umbrellas, a summer kitchen and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and an outdoor covered dining table with 8 seats.

Additional features of the villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron.

There are 4 private parking spaces in the yard of Villa Meta, and the villa is completely fenced.

Petrčane is a place with the most beautiful beaches in the area of the city of Zadar and the most famous tourist place in the Zadar region, dotted with olive groves, pine trees and vineyards.
