As the villa is located on the outskirts of the village, you will enjoy a peaceful vacation atmosphere. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining room are connected, and there is also a small relaxation area next to the window. The interior is furnished in a minimalist style and combines traditional and modern with a touch of oriental style. Outside you will find the pool and the beautiful garden with sun loungers and plenty of space to relax or sunbathe. The island is easily accessible by ferry from Biograd and Zadar. The Pasman Channel is known for its unmistakable clarity of the sea in this area due to the sea currents. The first beaches are within walking distance from the villa. Pasman is the ideal island for lovers of adrenaline sports, boating and also cycling, perfect for exploring the area and admiring the beautiful nature of the island. You can also visit nearby towns on land, such as Zadar (37 km), Nin and Sibenik are also worth a visit. If in Zadar, be sure to visit the church of St. Donatus from the 9th century, built in the Romanesque style. In Nin you can discover beautiful sandy beaches, salt pans and natural healing mud. If you are traveling with children, you can visit an amusement park in Biograd. If you are a nature lover, you should not miss the Kornati Nature Park, Krka, Paklenica and the enchanting Vrana Lake.
