The luxury villa San Bartolo is located in the village of the same name in the heart of Istria, near the fairytale historic town of Motovun on a hill. The villa is built in the traditional Istrian stone construction style and exudes rustic charm, with special attention paid to elegant details. On the neighbouring hill you can enjoy a beautiful view of the green vineyards, olive groves and enchanting Motovun. The accommodation capacity of the villa is a maximum of six people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. On the second floor there is the third bedroom and a bathroom. A washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal. On the spacious plot of 700 m2 you can relax and refresh yourself in an infinity pool of 40 m2, drink first-class Istrian wine on sun loungers around the pool, enjoy the sunset or prepare delicious delicacies on the outdoor charcoal grill. There are two parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa. The excellent location of Villa San Bartolo allows you to experience all the charms of Istria, which is not in vain given the adjective magical. This wild mushroom usually grows next to the roots of trees and special hunting dogs are trained to find it, which requires long and exhaustive training. Black truffles are available all year round, while the season for the more expensive white truffles begins in autumn. The complex was built in the 6th century, but also includes remains of mosaics from the 3rd and 4th centuries, which testify to the longevity of this monumental building.
