Description

Unmissable idyllic, wooded hills dotted with olive groves, picturesque villages and authentic farmhouses are visible from Villa Zvonar, set on the verdant hillside in the heart of central Istria. A traditional stone house has been lovingly and carefully renovated to retain its original charm and tranquillity, to which modern facilities have been added, including beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms, Wi-Fi and underfloor heating. The first floor offers a spacious open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen so you can venture out to cook some of the regional recipes. Wood-beamed ceilings, natural stone walls and a cozy fireplace provide a pleasantly inviting rustic atmosphere, while the large panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and emphasize the endless views. The three tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the upper floor, two of which have private terraces that serve as ideal quiet corners. The same care and attention has been given to the outdoor area, where you will find an eco-garden. The extensive lawn garden is adorned with a variety of flowers, as well as lavender and rosemary bushes, and surrounds the inviting pool.
