Description

The holiday home stands separately on the owner's 900 square metre residential property in a central location. A restaurant, bakery and bathing facilities on the Bodden are all within a radius of 500 metres. It extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, CD/DVD), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. Upstairs there is a bedroom (2 single beds put together) and a guest WC. There is a terrace and a large balcony with seating furniture, sun loungers, bicycle storage and a car parking space. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented on site. For the greatest possible holiday relaxation, yoga classes are offered in the neighbouring house. To be paid on site: Spa tax, bed linen and towels (if required). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Pruchten is a small village in the southern Bodden landscape at the entrance to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 5 km away, the small town of Barth approx. 3 km. In the village there is a small harbour on the Barthestrom, a restaurant, a small grocery shop and bicycle hire. Thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths, extensive cycle tours through the entire region are possible. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park begins to the north of Pruchten. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
