The bungalow-style holiday home is around 45 square metres in size, was last renovated in 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is comfortably furnished and has a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD and dining area, a separate kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances and a bathroom with shower and WC. The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and adjustable electric heating as well as insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is only permitted outside.
