Description

In a quiet, natural location on the outskirts of Starsow, a semi-detached house with two separate residential units for up to 4 people each is located on the owner's fully fenced residential property of around 3,000 square metres. The nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are approx. 2.3 km away. 3.5 km away. The two apartments are approx. 50 and 55 square metres in size, tastefully furnished, centrally heated and equipped with insect screens on the windows. They each have a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen smart TV with streaming services, as well as a complete, open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, toaster, coffee machine, kettle). This approx. 55 square metre apartment for up to 4 adults has a fireplace in the large living room with adjoining dining and kitchen area (1 x firewood included, more for a fee), two bedrooms (1 x double bed 1.40 m wide, 1 x 2 single beds) and a large, covered and furnished terrace with swing.the other apartment DZV447 has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with single bed, and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Parking spaces, storage facilities for bicycles, sun loungers, furnished terraces with barbecue and free WLAN are also available. The owners' beautiful, spacious property with fireplace can be used. Final cleaning, electricity and water costs are included in the total price. (NO charging facilities for electric cars available!) Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, firewood (1 basket free of charge, additional for a fee). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Starsow is a small district of the small town of Mirow, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte, a marvellous wooded and natural environment. There are several fishing and bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity, all of which are connected to each other and offer the best conditions for water hikers in particular. Furthermore, nature lovers seeking peace and quiet who enjoy cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and wildlife watching are in the right place here.the nearest shopping facilities, a bakery and a railway station are in Mirow.Mirow is a small town and about 2 km away. The town's biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration. The castle is the backdrop for events. Guided tours and markets also take place there. The town is located on the Müritz-Havel waterway and Lake Mirow is also connected to the Müritz via several bodies of water, making the town a centre of attraction for water sports enthusiasts and hikers. The Johanniterkirche church and the idyllic Liebesinsel island are also worth a visit. There are several restaurants, shops and cafés in the village, as well as boat and bicycle hire.
