Odsherred is a geological uniqueness and a UNESCO Geopark. On Odsherred there is also a nature school that will let you catch seafood, organize butterfly safaris and expeditions into the forest, and invite you to go on troll and fox excursions. Your children will also be thrilled by a visit to the Odsherred Fire Museum. Nearby, visit Sommerland Sjælland, galleries that are also typical of Odsherreds and Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century. Hovvig Nature Reserve, a renaturalized wetland, is home to a rich bird life. Havnebyen is the only real fishing port with cutters and a small smokehouse.
