Description

This vacation apartment is located in an Andalusian style vacation complex and is ideally situated within walking distance of several restaurants and bistros in Centro Plaza and Aloha. It is only a 15-minute walk to the lively sports harbor of Puerto Banus and its golden sandy beaches from Marbella to San Pedro.
This spacious first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and 2 bathrooms (both with shower and bathtub), as well as a spacious terrace - perfect for outdoor drinks and meals. It is located in the quiet, well-known La Maestranza complex in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. The kitchen is equipped with all the electrical appliances you may need, including washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, etc. A full air conditioning and heating system and a ceiling fan are available separately for each room.
There are 3 communal pools, one large and one heated (so you can swim all year round) and a children's pool. The complex is totally secure and locked with 24-hour security. There are beautifully maintained gardens, a seating area, sun loungers, toilets and showers. A lifeguard is available from June to September. La Maestranza is a very well known vacation complex suitable for both families and couples. It is located in one of the best areas of Marbella and close to everything you might need during your stay. Having car is not essential.
The accommodation is located in close proximity to Golf Valley. Some of the best golf courses such as Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha and Dame de Noche can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Just a 4-minute walk from Centro Plaza, which offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and the very popular Saturday market. There are also a number of restaurants and bars around Aloha that you can reach within 5 minutes walk.
