Both Artà and Son Servera are only about 5 and 8 km away respectively and a beautiful, natural sandy beach can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 10 minutes away by car.

Air conditioning is included in the price of this accommodation, but its use is limited to 21:00 to 08:00.
