Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool and make it an ideal place for sunbathing. The large, partially covered terrace is perfect for group meals and has a mobile barbecue for barbecuing in summer.

With a modern and stylish interior, white walls, large floor tiles and arched corridors, the central area has a fantastic ambience. The villa also has a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Five double bedrooms and five bathrooms provide plenty of space and privacy. The spacious villa "Es Corto is a quiet, exposed country house situated on a hill about 3 kilometres from Artà. It has a unique view of the countryside as far as Artà and is set on a 14,000 m² plot. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
