The spacious living room with dining area is on the same level as the sun terrace. Large windows offer a fantastic view of the sea and provide the room with plenty of natural daylight. The modern, well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom are also located on this floor. From the living room, you can choose between a lift or the stairs to reach the bedrooms on the upper floor. You won't want to miss the breathtaking sea view from here either. There is also a separate bathroom and an office equipped for two people on this level. Villa S'Estoneta is nestled into the cliffs in the east of Mallorca. The village of Canyamel with its beautiful sandy beach, a promenade and several small supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. About 10 km from your villa, Cala Ratjada awaits you with more beautiful bays and beaches, a small marina and a lively nightlife.
