The Morrills holiday home is part of an idyllic estate on the edge of the Llevant nature reserve in the east of Mallorca. The accommodation consists of the upper part of a lovingly restored row of semi-detached houses situated on a hill. Thanks to the south-facing slope, there is a marvellous view over the gentle hilly landscape as far as the bay of Cala Ratjada.

The pool with its well-kept natural stone terrace is for your exclusive use. Another southeast-facing terrace on the upper floor provides a shady oasis for cosy breakfasts and barbecues. Help yourself to the small vegetable garden next to the house.

The interior design is just as attractive as the outdoor areas. The tastefully furnished living space of 170 m2 is spread over two floors. There are two cosy double bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has its own bathroom with bathtub, the other has its own exit to the outside. A second, separate bathroom is accessible from the hallway. A staircase leads up to a bright, friendly living room with a fireplace. The dining room with direct access to the upper terrace is open to the living room via a wide sandstone arch. Adjacent to the dining area is a small, well-equipped kitchen. Be sure to spend a relaxing holiday on this wonderful finca in a quiet, idyllic location close to the beautiful beaches of the east coast of Mallorca.

The holiday home is a 7-minute drive from the medieval town of Capdepera. There are good shopping facilities here. The sandy beach of Cala Mesquida and other beautiful small bays on the east coast are approx. 5 km away. The Capdepera golf course is 500 metres away.
