The outdoor area, also dominated by marvellous maritime cobblestones, blends seamlessly into the appearance of its surroundings with individual and all-round matching planting. A beautifully designed covered terrace leads directly to the shimmering green pool. Sun loungers are provided here for sunbathing and those wishing for a little shade are welcome to retreat to the covered area. There is also a small dining area here, which is truly unique thanks to its colourful tile design. The evening feast is sure to taste even better in this setting. Speaking of which: the small stone barbecue area on the terrace next to the house is perfect for preparing said feast; it's just waiting for you to take over.

As you leave the garden behind and enter the villa, you'll find yourself in an open-plan living-dining area with a wonderfully Mediterranean and altogether rustic design. The generous use of wood, warm terracotta colours and carefully selected decorations make the interior really cosy, so that you quickly feel at home. Accompanied by a good book, you are sure to spend an hour or two on the cosy sofa. If it gets a little chilly in the evening, why not relax in front of the cosy open fire with a glass of wine? It's entirely up to you! For a cosy night in the villa, you have the choice between the open gallery, where you will find a wonderful bedroom for dreaming, or a cosy double room, where every night will be a comfortable experience. At the back of the house there is a lovely bathroom for the next morning, where you can freshen up for the start of the day.

The location of this villa really speaks for itself Where better to forget the stresses of everyday life than surrounded by nature? And that is certainly the case here. With its small paths and wild vegetation, the national park is a true Eldorado for hiking enthusiasts. And for those who like to go a little faster, the bikes at the villa are perfect for a cycling trip. A trip to the sea is also quick and easy without a car - just 860 metres away as the crow flies is a bay with the beautiful natural beach of S'Amarador. Larger beaches such as Cala Santanyi are only 4.4 km away. And if you fancy some city life, we recommend planning a day trip to the nearby holiday resort of Santanyi. Whether it's dinner in one of the many restaurants, an extensive visit to the traditional weekly market or a short stroll through the streets of the typical Mallorcan holiday resort, there is definitely plenty to discover.
