Villa Isabel Son Serra de Marina is situated on a fully fenced plot of 315 m². Two large sun terraces in front of and behind the house are equipped with modern, high-quality outdoor furniture. Clear geometric shapes and a minimalist outdoor area embody a modern interpretation of the elemental and purist tendencies of the 80s, a conscious break with the trend of waves of colours and shapes - this design style is still considered groundbreaking today for both functional and cool. Two double rooms have 1.60 x 2 m double beds; the third room has a single bed for an additional traveller. All bedrooms and the living room are fully air-conditioned. There is a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity and the tranquil marina with 128 berths can be reached in just a few minutes. The original character of the charming coastal village of Son Serra de Marina in the north-east of the island is reflected in its natural sandy coastline; visitors will not encounter large hotels and crowds of tourists here. On the contrary, this rather unknown hotspot enchants its guests with a beautiful dune landscape, beaches with fine sand and perfect conditions for water sports enthusiasts. Regional flora thrives in the hinterland of the coast: fragrant rosemary bushes, junipers, peach trees and olive groves allow you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The village is also known for its very special viewpoint: From the prehistoric Talaiot de sa Nineta tower, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay of Alcúdia.
