The living and dining rooms have access to the outside and are also interconnected. The small step draws a fine line between the two. The adjoining kitchen impresses with its clear concept and modern equipment; you can prepare meals and enjoy an aperitif at the cooking island; from here you also have direct access to the terrace with outdoor kitchen. On the upper floor there are two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one of which has the aforementioned roof terrace at the front, as well as the stylish bathroom with walk-in shower.

The proximity to the picturesque town of Artà can rightly be described as another highlight of this special property. Visit the weekly market on Tuesdays, where you can find many culinary specialities from the region and fill your shopping basket with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as some holiday souvenirs. Several very good restaurants and other shopping facilities complete the excellent infrastructure. Artà also has plenty to offer culturally, such as the San Salvador pilgrimage church surrounded by fortress walls or the parish church La Transfiguració del Senyor. Other attractive places can also be easily reached by road, which can be audible depending on the wind. In Son Servera (approx. 12 km away) you can visit the weekly market on Fridays. Various beautiful beaches are about 12 km from the villa.
