A few steps further up there is another living room with a sofa bed as well as two further bedrooms and a bathroom. A further bedroom with bathroom is accessible from the outside. Outside, you can sunbathe directly in the sun on one of the sun loungers on the terrace, relax in the shade under the pergola, cool off in the pool or relax in the outdoor living room. The highlight is undoubtedly the large covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and large TV. Have you ever watched a football match or your favourite TV series directly from the pool? You can do so here. Don't lose sight of your little ones, the fenced-in playground is right next door. If you want to let off steam, you can do so on the neighbouring private football pitch. With real football goals and blue and yellow T-shirts available, you can play a real game, and there are seats on the edge of the pitch for the cheerleaders.
