Description

This is a Fincallorca holiday home: This villa is located just a stone's throw from the coast (200 metres), with the small bays of Cala Auberdans and Cala Rotja with the restaurant of the same name, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.

The small village of Canyamel with its large sandy beach is easily reached by car. Artà and Capdepera, both around 10 km away, are ideal for strolling in a historic setting, while Cala Ratjada offers restaurants and bars right by the sea. The villa is furnished in a modern, predominantly white style. From the terrace you enter a spacious room, which is divided on one side by an elongated rustic wooden dining table and on the other side by the living area: A sofa with a reclining area and two cosy armchairs give you the choice of watching the crackling fire in the fireplace or the German or English TV programme on the flat screen, which can also be viewed in German or English thanks to satellite. Adjacent to this large room is a spacious kitchen, in which you can also conjure up elaborate dishes thanks to the full equipment - after all, relaxation in a holiday home on Mallorca goes through the stomach. In the opposite wing of the villa there is a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. And the third bedroom has the luxury of its own bathroom, which also has a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan to give you a breath of fresh air on warm summer nights. On the ground floor, you will also find a hallway with a guest WC and a staircase leading to the upper floor. Here you will find access to the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful sea view.
