Description

This Provencal villa in Plan d'Orgon offers a serene stay surrounded by mature trees. Its ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining/living area, and three bedrooms with access to the terrace and pool view. The air-conditioned parental suite includes an open bathroom.

The property boasts a spacious terrace linked to the dining-living room and bedrooms. The vast garden is enclosed with an automated gate. The private pool (13m x 8m) has a pool terrace with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine.

Please note: the third bedroom is accessible through a “rest room”, which includes a sofa bed suitable for a child.

The villa is located in the hills on the heights of the village, 1.5 km from the centre of Plan d'Orgon where you will find shops: bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy.
