Located in Talloires-Montmin on the shores of Lake Annecy, this vacation home offers an exceptional location with its private pontoon providing direct access to the lake. The first floor offers an inviting living area and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor you will also find two bedrooms, one with bunk beds (please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a shower room with separate WC. The second floor has three bedrooms in the attic with stunning views of the lake. A bathroom and WC in the attic are tailored to the needs of the upper level. Outside, the property has an extensive plot that extends to the lake and offers a private pontoon for direct access to the lake. In addition, there is a terrace which provides a picturesque backdrop overlooking the water. The outdoor area is also complemented by parking for two cars, garden furniture, a barbecue and comfortable sun loungers. This house offers an ideal setting for a lakeside vacation, about 500 m from the village center of Talloires with all the local stores: bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, tobacconist, press, doctor. The cycle path around the lake runs behind the house. Due to its location on the lake, parents are advised to ensure that their young children are well supervised. In addition, snow equipment for cars is essential for safe mobility in winter. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a lakeside vacation.
