The beach and the water are particularly child-friendly, and the shallow water means you can splash around and have fun with your children. Stroll along the water and enjoy wonderful sunsets in the evenings. The cozy market town of Assens, with its maritime surroundings and good shopping and dining opportunities, is just a few minutes' drive from this beautiful vacation home. If you have taken your bikes with you, you can also take a nice bike ride there. If you like, you can discover the island of Funen on day trips and explore the beautiful Egeskov Castle and stroll through the stately gardens.
