This spacious villa for 6 people in Heel is located in a quiet, naturally situated park in central Limburg near Roermond. The villa is built entirely of wood and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the water and the sandy beach. On the first floor is the living room with spacious open kitchen with high ceilings and lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will also find 2 bedrooms with 2 single box spring beds on the first floor and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and hand shower and a separate shower. In the hallway there is a separate toilet and a storage room. Upstairs is the other bedroom with 2 box spring beds for 1 person, a 2nd toilet and additional storage space.

The park has various facilities, including a reception, a playground, an outdoor pool and a natural pool with a sandy beach. At the reception you can get information about the park and the surrounding area. Of course, you can also rent bicycles.

The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maasseen, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can sail, windsurf, canoe and swim. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the amusement park Toverland in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round, as a large number of attractions are covered. Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.
